Your role at SKE

Providing support to our customers (specialist personnel PV installers) and SKE partners for all technical questions related to the Huawei photovoltaic product portfolio and PV system solutions
Handling technical support requests as an expert including recording and documenting them in the ticketing system
Assisting with commissioning e.g. of inverters or battery solutions via phone or email
Initial analysis and troubleshooting of faults in PV systems and communicating solutions to our customers and partners
Supportingcustomereventsand tradefairsasatechnicalpointofcontact
