Projects:Large-scale Residential & Commercial

Essentials:Engineering Degree; 3 years construction engineering experience in Ireland; Strong building and concrete frame experience.

Location:Cork

Salary:55000 - 65000

Reporting into:Project Manager

Support the Senior Engineer in the planning coordination and delivery of construction works on site.
Carry out setting out dimensional control site inspections and quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Review drawings design information inspection and test plans and identify potential programme or design coordination issues.
Liaise with subcontractors design teams and site personnel to ensure works are delivered safely efficiently and to specification.
Prepare technical submissions method statements risk assessments and maintain accurate site records and project documentation.
Monitor quality standards manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and assist with project close-out snagging and handover activities.
