We are seeking a Site Manager with extensive experience on site this is a 245 unit residential project in Mullingar. The successful candidate will oversee management operations on site while ensuring high standards and project execution are maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the coordination supervision and delivery of all activities in line with project requirements.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities including reviewing work methods schedules and health & safety documentation.
- Maintain control of all technical documentation and ensure information is communicated effectively across the project team.
- Support and promote the companys Health & Safety culture by working closely with site teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure all construction activities are carried out in accordance with drawings specifications regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Relevant Third level degree in engineering/construction management or similar
- 10 years site-based experience
