We are hiring Registered Nurses Home Care in Navan Co. Meath Ireland.
Hourly Salary: 3045 per hour
Position Details
- Location: Navan Co. Meath
- Shift: 10:0020:00 minimum 10-hour shifts
- Schedule: MondaySunday with regular days agreed in advance
- Employment: Part-time or full-time permanent
- Team: Nurse-led complex-care team
- Clinical Support: Supported by CNM2 and the local clinical management team
About the Role
Join a nurse-led team providing one-to-one nursing care to an adult with complex clinical needs in their own home. This role offers long predictable shifts and the opportunity to provide high-quality personalised and genuinely person-centred care in a supportive home-care environment.
Deliver safe evidence-based nursing care in the clients home.
Provide tracheostomy care and ventilator support.
Manage PEG and NG feeding.
Provide catheter and stoma care.
Administer and manage medications while carrying out ongoing clinical observations.
Recognise signs of deterioration and escalate concerns appropriately.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and handovers.
Contribute to care planning and risk assessments.
Liaise effectively with the family GP discharge team and community care teams.
- Current NMBI registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Experience in ICU high-dependency respiratory or complex care is desirable
- Experience with tracheostomy care ventilation or enteral feeding is desirable
- Strong clinical judgement organisational and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently within a supported clinical framework
- Demonstrates professionalism confidentiality and a person-centred approach
- Must have the legal right to work in Ireland; sponsorship is not available
- Regular 10-hour shifts with agreed availability
- Paid induction and package-specific shadowing
- Competency assessment before commencing independent practice

Required Skills:
