Meet the team
Regional Operations supports RTÉ operations across all broadcast platforms. RTÉ Cork is currently undergoing a period of transformation focused on building a dynamic multi-skilled team to support and serve the evolving needs of RTÉ Cork content creators into the future.
We are seeking someone who is curious collaborative and eager to grow.
In this role you will be supported in developing your expertise in IP systems and encouraged to expand your knowledge of IP and Cloud Computing. You will also play a key part in contributing to the advancement of RTÉs broadcast systems.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Supervisor you will be part of a multi-skilled team supporting RTÉs output across all platforms.

This is an opportunity to join a small dynamic multi-disciplined team involved in both the support & operation of broadcast systems within RTÉ Cork
As this is a multi-skilled environment the successful candidate may be given the opportunity to upskill in various aspects of the business e.g. Video Craft editing Audio Editing Broadcast systems maintenance Camera Operations Sound Operations IT & IP system support Vision Engineering
About you
You will have knowledge of broadcasting at an engineering and operational level with experience in at least two of the following:

This appointment will be made at the Regional Production Engineer Grade and is being offered on a permanent employment contract basis. The salary scale for this grade is from 42854 - 71605 gross per annum.
