Quality Engineer

At SyBridge Technologies were seeking a skilledQuality Engineer to oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities within the facility. This role is responsible for ensuring that all products meet customer specifications regulatory requirements and internal quality standards while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

The Quality works closely with various departments to ensure quality is maintained throughout the entire process. This leader will drive root cause analysis corrective actions and preventative measures to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

What Youll Do

Quality:

• Inspect products and fill out ISIR reports
• Fill out Cert of conformance
• Maintenance of ISO Systems
• Plan QMS and control changes

Authority:

• Development of the Quality Management System Policies and Procedures
• Product conformity
• Internal Audits
• Maintain calibration records

Accountability:

• Maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards
• Certification of components
• Quality Management System

What You Bring

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Qualification in Quality Control Assurance
• Knowledge of CAD/Solidworks programming
• Ability to read detailed component drawings
• Generate CMM and Vision System (OGP) programs
• OGP experience an advantage
• Knowledge of moulding technique and terminology
