Opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading construction contractor delivering high-profile student accommodation and residential developments across Dublin.

1. Lead the delivery of large-scale student accommodation and residential construction projects in Dublin.

2. Join a well-established contractor with a strong project pipeline and long-term career opportunities.

3. Take ownership of projects from planning through to successful completion managing programme quality safety and commercial objectives.

• Oversee the day-to-day management and successful delivery of construction projects.
• Coordinate site teams subcontractors consultants and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely on schedule within budget and to agreed quality standards.
• Monitor project programmes identify risks and implement solutions to maintain progress.
• Provide regular reporting on project performance milestones and deliverables.

• Proven experience in a Project Manager role within the construction sector.
• Strong track record delivering residential student accommodation mixed-use or commercial developments.
• Excellent organisational communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion.
• Relevant construction engineering or project management qualification preferred.
