Program Lead, e-Invoicing

The Opportunity

The Accounting Centre of Excellence team is responsible for statutory reporting and local compliance for Adobe group companies globally. The team also drives process modernisation internal controls automation and finance transformation while partnering closely with Tax AP AR Procurement Legal Tech team and external advisors.

This role is designed to provide dedicated ownership of Adobes global e-Compliance agenda. The role will lead execution across e-invoicing e-reporting e-audit and regulatory readiness with a strong focus on indirect tax VAT and regulatory compliance expertise. It is a business-critical bridge between Tax Accounting and Technology ensuring Adobe has a scalable operating model for todays mandates and future regulatory expansion.

What you will do

• Own andmaintainthe global e-Compliance program across e-invoicing e-reporting e-auditand related regulatory obligations including roadmap and monitoring new regulatory mandates.

• Lead cross-functional working groups across Accounting Indirect Tax AP AR Tech Procurement Legal Revenue Ops and external advisors/partners to drivetimelydelivery and clear ownership.

• Manage country implementation plans: owners deadlines and risks. Track vendor budgets and contracts. Turn tax rules into clear requirements for AP AR and IT to build against. Write documentation that makes audits smoother.

• Own testing strategy and activities across AP inbound AR outbound and e-reporting workstreams including UAT readiness test scenarios country-specific current state / future state process flow diagrams master data validation exceptionhandlingand operational handover.

• Responsible forhypercareand ongoing operational support including production issues implementation monitoring outbound transactional delivery and vendor coordination once countries arelive.

• Lead execution of the regulatory advisor partnership including strategic advisoryscopeclarification deliverables roadmap alignment implementationreadinessand ongoing support model.

• Drive SAP S/4HANA and future-state architecture evaluation integration patterns data flows API/SFTP considerationscontrolsand transition into execution.

What you will need

• Strong experience in indirect tax VAT or e-invoicing rules.

• Experience managing a project or program including budgets and timelines.

• The ability to read a regulation and turn it into something a developer or accountant can use.

• Comfortable working with external advisors and vendors. Confident explaining a tricky compliance topic to executives.

• Bonus points for SAP S/4HANA or SAP DRC experience or exposure to ViDA Peppol KSeF or SAF-T.
