Pharmacy Technician Coolock, Dublin 5

Clarity is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician for a pharmacy in CoolockDublin 5.

• Support the Pharmacist in the day-to-day running of the dispensary.
• Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions in accordance with legislation and company procedures.
• Provide information and advice to patients under the supervision of the Pharmacist.
• Process claims under the HSE reimbursement schemes (PCRS) ensuring timely and accurate submission.
• Maintain stock levels through ordering and inventory control including checking expiry dates and ensuring proper storage.
• Answer phone calls and assist with patient and prescriber queries professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all legal ethical and regulatory requirements in the pharmacy.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
• Assist with front-of-shop tasks when required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and also independently.
• A proactive attitude with a strong focus on patient care and customer service.

• Higher certificate inPharmacy Technician studies in Ireland.
• At least 1year Irish Pharmacy Technician experience.
