Human Resource Business Partner
South Dublin

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in South Dublin. Reporting to the HR Manager for the UK & Ireland this role will support recruitment talent development employee engagement and people strategy across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with management to deliver HR initiatives and support business objectives.
  • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
  • Support employee development training and performance management.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and organisational matters.
  • Monitor key HR metrics including retention engagement and turnover.
  • Promote and support a positive company culture.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR recruitment or talent development.
  • Previous HR Business Partner experience desirable.
  • Experience in Retail Hospitality FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-driven with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
