Fleet Support Coordinator

Location: Leopardstown Dublin 18

Job Purpose

Our team is growing as we roll out our new VOR system were looking for a customer-focused individual to join our Operations this role youll be the first point of contact for drivers and customers helping to manage bookings resolve queries and ensure everything runs smoothly day to day.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in customer service call centres or admin who enjoys problem-solving and delivering a great experience.

Tasks

• Acting as a main contact for driver and customer queries (phone & email)
• Booking services repairs and appointments
• Keeping customers updated on progress
• Coordinating with garages and suppliers
• Updating internal systems and records
• Supporting the team to keep vehicles and services running smoothly
• Helping resolve any issues quickly and professionally

What we are looking for

• Strong customer service experience (call centre retail admin or similar)
• Confident communication skills (phone email systems)
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once
• A team player with a positive can-do approach
• Basic IT skills (e.g. Outlook Excel systems)

Nice to have (but not essential)

• Experience in automotive fleet or service environments
• Experience dealing with suppliers or bookings

Full training will be provided.
