Lead analytics research insights and outcomes for eBays Core Technology Fleet Operations team. This role focuses on using analytics process engineering and operational excellence to improve software asset management and development life cycles with additional work across service management including change incident and problem management. The role partners with teams and senior leadership to identify improvements prioritize opportunities reduce risk and deliver value in a complex changing environment.

• Lead operational excellence analytics that identify insights and opportunities for improvement across Fleet Operations.

• Drive continual optimization that delivers savings to reinvest and reduces operational risk.

• Use analytics and modeling to support software asset management development life cycles and service management processes.

• Influence teams and business partners to prioritize opportunities and create measurable value.

• Maintain and build backend data sources using MySQL and Hadoop and develop reporting in Tableau and custom web solutions.

• Present insights and recommendations effectively to senior leadership and support decisions through clear communication and strong documentation.

• Coordinate people and work across a complex changing environment using strong organization prioritization and problem-solving skills to deliver outcomes.

• Bachelors degree in a financial or technical discipline.

• Experience in analytics statistics and continuous improvement.

• Experience with analytics modeling process engineering and operational excellence.

• Experience with MySQL and Hadoop including maintaining and building backend data sources.

• Experience developing reports and analytics in Tableau and custom web applications.

• Strong communication presentation documentation organizational prioritization and multitasking skills.

• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams lead people to outcomes and work effectively in a complex and continuously changing environment.
