About Our Client

Perform Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client a well-established family-owned fresh produce company based in North Co. Dublin. They grow produce and source fresh potatoes fruit and vegetables supplying supermarkets symbol groups the food service sector and independent retailers across Ireland with high-quality seasonal produce.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual to start or grow a career in field sales working with a well-regarded name in Irish fresh produce. Youll take ownership of a portfolio of retail stores ensuring strong visibility and distribution of our clients brands through point-of-sale activation and in-store merchandising. A 4-day week will be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail and wholesale customers daily to build relationships and drive sales
• Merchandise products in-store to maximise visibility and point-of-sale impact
• Support digital and social media activity for the brand
• Analyse sales reports and data and report on brand performance
• Contribute to new product development initiatives alongside the wider team
• Coordinate point-of-sale materials and support trade shows
• Create content for marketing collateral PR trade publications presentations and events
• Produce media content with growers showcasing Irish farmers and their produce for social media

What Were Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive independent self-starter with drive and passion
• Excellent organisational skills able to manage multiple priorities at once
• Working knowledge of digital marketing and social media campaigns
• Competent with Word Excel and PowerPoint
• A relationship-builder with a genuine commitment to customer service
• Full unrestricted driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide
