This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza The Gresham Dublin as a Hotel Purchasing Manager In this role you will be integral in managing the supply chain to ensure smooth and efficient provision of goods and services Youll leverage your expertise in Procurement to contribute to our commitment to excellence and innovation.

• Communicating with management regularly regarding the efficient flow of goods and services affecting production

• Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement

• Developing risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of product shortages

• Monitor and manage stock levels

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules based on kitchen and department requirements

• Liaise with department heads (e.g. Executive Chef Housekeeping) to obtain purchase specifications and coordinate deliveries

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal control procedures

• Fluency in both written and spoken English essential

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Purchasing Manager

• Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish desirable

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail essential

• Gross salary: 40000 to 43000 paid monthly

• Annual leave: 20 days per annum
