About Ethos Quality Control & Operations
The Ethos Quality Control and Operations Team plays a key role in supporting our engineering teams across all sectors. The team is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality compliance document management and operational efficiency throughout the business.

About the job:
As a Document Control Assistant you will support the Quality Control Team with document management and administrative activities. Working alongside experienced team members you will assist in maintaining internal records preparing documentation supporting quality processes and ensuring information is organised and accessible.

About you:
The candidate must be based in Ireland to be considered for this position.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent IT and computer literacy skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Motivated adaptable and reliable.
Fluency in English.
Role Requirements
Assist with maintaining document registers and trackers.
Review documentation for formatting consistency completeness and accuracy.
Support quality management and compliance activities.
Collate reports and supporting documentation.
Assist with general administrative tasks across the wider team.
Provide support to the Document Control team.
Key Knowledge
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel Word Outlook and SharePoint.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with administrative tasks.
Experience gained through internships work placements or office administration roles would be beneficial but is not essential.
Minimum Qualifications
Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
Recent graduates interns and candidates with administrative experience are encouraged to apply.
Essential Experience
No previous document control experience required. Full training will be provided.
