Working Arrangements

Initial Training: Fully on-site in Kilkenny
Post Training: Flexible hybrid working model combining office and home working

What will you do

• Supportnew and existing customers through inbound calls
• Deliverexceptional customer service and sales support
• Buildstrong relationships and customer trust
• Understandcustomer needs and recommending suitable health insurance solutions
• Manageenquiries relating to new business and policy renewals
• Achieveindividual performance targets while maintaining service excellence
• Navigatemultiple systems efficiently and accurately
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and business teams
• Participate in a rotating Saturday roster (1 in every 4 Saturdays)

What will you need to be successful

Experience & Qualifications

• A third-level qualification or 1-2 years experience in a customer service or sales environment
• APA qualification (CIP or Dip PMI) or willingness to complete it with company support
• Strong IT and system navigation skills
