Were looking for a bright commercially curious Commercial & Sales Analyst to join our Ireland operation based at one of our sites in Cork Dublin or Belfast.

This isnt about sitting behind a spreadsheet simply producing reports.

Youll look at how our sales operation is performing today and help us understand where the opportunities for tomorrow could be.

Which customers are growing

Where could we be selling more

Which opportunities arent being fully explored

Where are the gaps

What does our sales pipeline tell us

Where should our sales team be focusing its attention

Youll turn data into insight and insight into action.

Working closely with sales colleagues and senior leaders youll:

• Analyse sales performance customer activity and trends

• Help identify customers products and markets with further growth potential

• Monitor sales activity pipelines and opportunities

• Produce meaningful reports dashboards and commercial insight

• Help improve sales forecasting and forward planning

• Look at pricing margins and commercial performance

• Use CRM data to identify trends gaps and opportunities

• Follow through on sales activity and actions

• Help improve sales processes and ways of working

• Provide the sales team with accurate information to help them make better decisions

Youll gain exposure to Sales Commercial Finance Operations and senior leadership giving you a fantastic grounding in how a successful commercial organisation operates.

Your background could come from a variety of areas.

Perhaps youre currently a Commercial Analyst Sales Analyst Business Analyst Sales Coordinator Graduate Commercial Executive Sales Support Executive or working in an operational role and know youre capable of more.

You might have studied Business Economics Engineering Finance Data/Analytics or another relevant discipline.

Were more interested in what you can become than whether youve already ticked every box.

Youll need to be:

Curious you naturally ask questions and want to understand why.

Analytical numbers tell you a story rather than simply filling a spreadsheet.

Commercial youre interested in customers sales margins and what makes a business successful.

Resilient youre comfortable following things through and challenging when something doesnt quite add up.

Confident youll be working with salespeople and senior colleagues so you need to be comfortable asking questions.

Proactive youll spot something interesting and investigate it rather than waiting to be asked.

Strong Excel skills will be important and experience of CRM systems reporting tools or Power BI would be useful.

And if youre mechanically minded or naturally interested in engineering manufacturing or technical products even better.

This is a role you can grow into and grow from.
