What you will do:
Assist in managing the Trustee team ensuring internal deadlines and procedures are followed and that all clients operate in line with the Central Bank of Irelands UCITS & AIFM Regulations and each funds constitutional and scheme documentation in a highly regulated environment.
In this role you will:
Support the Trustee Manager in running the team managing workflow and ensuring internal deadlines KPIs and service level deliverables are met
Oversee trustee/depositary monitoring to ensure clients operate in line with CBI UCITS/AIFM requirements and fund documentation restrictions
Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact for trustee clients handling queries and issues promptly and professionally
Guide train and coach Trustee Analysts and Supervisors on BAU processes and technical matters supporting an inclusive and high-performing team culture
Identify log escalate and support resolution of breaches and pricing errors in a timely manner acting independently and ensuring appropriate reporting
Support onboarding of new trustee mandates (take-on due diligence coordination with stakeholders) and contribute to operational reviews and improvements
You should apply if you have:
Relevant trustee/depositary experience with strong technical understanding of trustee duties and responsibilities
Good knowledge of the Irish funds regulatory environment (CBI UCITS/AIFM) and comfort working in a highly controlled regulated setting
Strong client service mindset with confident stakeholder management (clients investment managers administrators management companies legal advisors auditors)
Proven people leadership or supervisory capability including coaching feedback and day-to-day team support
Strong analytical and numeracy skills high attention to detail and sound judgement for issue identification and escalation
Strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Specialist Certificate in Investment Fund Services accounting or legal qualification are advantages

The pay range for this role is 51000 - 76500
