Account Director

Were partnering with a highly respected and growing insurance brokerage to recruit an experienced Account Director to manage a portfolio of commercial clients while supporting the continued expansion of the business.

Youll take ownership of a portfolio of commercial clients providing expert advice across renewals risk management and policy placement while working closely with insurers to negotiate the best outcomes.

Alongside managing existing accounts youll identify opportunities to grow revenue through cross-selling and new business generation support larger client relationships mentor colleagues and ensure all work is completed to the highest compliance standards.

• Minimum 5 years experience in commercial insurance broking
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines products
• CIP qualified (or working towards)
• Experience managing client relationships independently
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability to retain and grow client accounts
• Experience using Relay would be advantageous
