Linen Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Linen Supervisor to join our operations team in Baghdad this role you will oversee all aspects of linen management ensuring the highest standards of quality cleanliness and organization. You will supervise linen operations manage inventory coordinate with staff and maintain compliance with established protocols. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills leadership capabilities and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervise and coordinate daily linen operations including receiving sorting washing pressing and distribution
• Manage linen inventory levels track stock movements and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy
• Inspect linens for quality damage and cleanliness standards; implement corrective actions as needed
• Train schedule and supervise linen staff members; provide performance feedback and coaching
• Develop and maintain efficient workflows and processes to optimize productivity and minimize waste
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and address service requests
• Monitor equipment maintenance and report any operational issues or repairs needed
• Maintain detailed records of inventory staff schedules and operational metrics
• Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards applicable to linen handling
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Linen Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within hospitality healthcare or laundry operations
• Strong knowledge of linen management fabric care standards and laundry operations
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate team members effectively
• Proficiency in inventory management and tracking systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Ability to analyze problems and implement practical solutions
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in fast-paced high-volume environments
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to linen handling
