Technical Service Engineer (Dispenser System)

As a Technical Service Engineer (Dispenser System) you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations related to our admixture dispenser systems. Your key responsibilities include:

• Supervising the team to meet job order specifications standards and procedures for admixture dispensers.
• Coordinating effectively with relevant departments to ensure timely product delivery enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise the team to meet job order specifications standards and procedures for admixture dispensers.
• Provide daily support for customers sales teams and operation team regarding equipment systems including responding to inquiries analyzing issues and restoring equipment operations promptly.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely product delivery operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (S1) in Civil Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years experience  with concrete batching plants dosing system pumps automation system or construction chemicals will be an advantage
• Proven ability to supervise and monitor teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction in admixture dispenser operations and product delivery.
• Good communication skills and working proficiency in English
• Valid SIM A driving license.
• Willingness to travel is necessary to meet job responsibilities and organizational needs.
