• Work with global customers across operations planning and IT

• Build hands-on skills in Power BI SQL and enterprise systems

• Join a collaborative consulting team with strong development support

As a Technical Consultant youll work closely with experienced consultants and customers to deliver high-quality software solutions and provide ongoing support across global mining operations.

• Support implementation and configuration of enterprise software solutions

• Troubleshoot system database and integration issues using SQL and diagnostic tools

• Build and optimise Power BI dashboards reports and data models

• Assist with system integrations APIs and data pipelines

• Provide support for software upgrades testing (UAT) and go-live activities

• Manage and resolve support tickets with clear communication and documentation

• Deliver basic training sessions and walkthroughs for customers

• Develop and maintain system and configuration documentation

• Contribute to pre-sales activities including demos templates and prototypes

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve solutions processes and delivery

• Bachelors degree in Software Engineering Information Systems Data Analytics or a related discipline

• 3 years experience (including internships or graduate roles)

• Interest in enterprise software data analytics or system implementation

• Exposure to Power BI SQL or similar tools (desirable)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capability

• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
