• Support the preparation of travel documentation including confirmations vouchers and invoices.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is correctly entered into company systems.
• Assist with destination and supplier research to support tailor-made itinerary development.
• Help coordinate bookings payment follow-up and internal operational processes.
• Prepare personalised travel materials and support partner communications under supervision.
• Participate in training and continuously build destination and industry knowledge.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Tourism Hospitality Business or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
• Highly detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn.

• Excellent organisational skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable communicating professionally via email and chat.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Solution-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
