Ecommerce moves fast. Products compete for visibility shoppers change their minds in seconds and every decision can influence what gets clicked added to cart and bought.

As a Senior Ecommerce Executive at dentsu youll independently manage ecommerce performance across marketplace advertising retail media and affiliate ecosystems. Youll work directly with clients across different categories and commercial challenges building the judgment to move beyond execution influence business decisions and shape how brands grow in commerce.

This is a role for someone ready to take on greater ownership today and build toward larger portfolios deeper client partnerships and commerce strategy.

What Youll Do

• Independently manage ecommerce performance across marketplace advertising retail media and affiliate ecosystems.

• Own SKU planning and live ads planning across platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop.

• Manage budgets placements targeting affiliate structures and platform mechanics to improve commercial performance.

• Analyze traffic conversion sales and other commerce signals to diagnose performance and determine the next action.

• Identify growth opportunities and lead practical tests optimizations and improvements across campaigns.

• Lead regular performance discussions with clients bringing clear insights recommendations and next steps.

• Build trusted client relationships and understand their business objectives beyond individual campaigns.

• Partner with media commerce and client teams to align execution with broader business goals.

• Take ownership of campaign outcomes proactively flag risks and drive solutions.

A Bit About You

• At least 3 years in ecommerce marketplace advertising retail media performance marketing or a similar role.

• Hands-on experience with platforms such as TikTok Shop Shopee Lazada Tokopedia or similar ecommerce ecosystems.

• Able to independently manage campaigns budgets priorities and performance without close supervision.

• Strong understanding of how media products promotions content and platform mechanics come together to influence conversion and growth.

• Comfortable turning performance data into a point of view recommendation and action.

• Commercially curious: you want to understand not just whether a campaign worked but what drove the business result.

• Confidently communicating with clients and cross-functional teams and taking ownership of performance conversations.
