In this role you will be a trusted technical expert delivering high-quality service across multiple customer sites. You will servicemaintainand commission HVACR equipment resolve faults efficiently and help customers keep their systems running safely and reliably.

What You Will Do:

• Servicemaintainand commissionWater Chillers AC and HVAC systems.

• Fault-find and repair acrossChillers DX Split VRV/VRFAHUsand ventilation plant.

• Complete clear service documentation and provide practical improvement recommendations.

• Carry out all work in line withZero Harmexpectations and safe working practices.

• Support customers with responsive communication technicalguidanceand professional site conduct.

• Own your work end to end by taking accountability for safe high-quality service delivery on every job.

• Stay close to the work by understanding customer needs on siteidentifyingissuesquicklyand removing obstacles before they affect performance.

• Improve every day through clear diagnostics honest feedback and practical problem-solving that gets to the root cause.

• Work as one team with customerscolleaguesand support functions sharing knowledge and building trust across every site visit.

• Keep recordsaccurateandusefulso service reports findings and recommendations are cleartimelyand easy to act on.

• Bring a safety-first mindset to every task balancing speedqualityand integrity in the way you work.

What We Look For:

• Proven experience as an HVAC or Chiller Service Engineer.

• Strong electricalcontrolsand diagnostic skills.

• Ability to interpret schematics pipingdiagramsand technical data.

• Self-motivated customer-focusedand comfortable working independently.

• Level 3 HVACqualification.

• Experience working with York Trane Carrier DaikinHitachior Mitsubishi Electric equipment.

• Experience across chiller DX split VRV/VRFAHUor ventilation plant environments.
