Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing technology company and play a key role in building scalable high-quality digital products. You'll work closely with technical leadership to develop end-to-end solutions integrate with enterprise platforms and deliver robust applications that create real business impact.

• Design develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications including backend services and modern frontend interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Leads Product and Engineering teams to transform business requirements and technical designs into production-ready solutions.
• Build and integrate APIs enterprise systems and third-party services to support seamless product functionality.
• Develop high-quality maintainable code while implementing automated testing and participating in code reviews to ensure reliability and performance.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to accelerate software delivery while maintaining code quality.
• Troubleshoot optimize and enhance application performance scalability and system reliability.
• Take ownership of features throughout the entire software development lifecycle from implementation and testing to deployment and production support.
• Contribute to engineering best practices continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across the development team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field. Candidates with equivalent hands-on software engineering experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing developing and deploying full-stack web applications in a production environment.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Go Python or along with experience using modern frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of relational databases RESTful APIs GraphQL and third-party system integrations.
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with familiarity in CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience working with AI-assisted development tools or contributing to AI/LLM-powered product features is highly preferred.
• Exposure to industries such as fintech e-commerce SaaS messaging platforms or other technology-driven environments is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking problem-solving abilities and a proactive ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
