SAMPOERNA ACADEMY IT IS SUPPORT OFFICER

• Coordinate the implementation administration and support of educational applications and instructional technology across the school.
• Provide functional and technical support to teachers staff and students to ensure effective use of digital learning platforms and applications.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to identify technology needs and develop practical system solutions.
• Manage user accounts permissions application configurations and system access.
• Ensure the accuracy consistency and integrity of student and academic data across multiple school systems.
• Analize system and user requirements identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for system implementation troubleshooting maintenance and issue resolution.
• Support teachers in integrating technology into teaching learning assessment and classroom activities.
• Conduct user training and develop documentation guides and standard procedures for educational applications.
• Support technology projects system testing data reconciliation reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
   

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Information System or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Adequate interpersonal communication both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Team-oriented attitude to assist other colleagues with technical problems.
• Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
• Experienced in variety of software hardware and applications.
• Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.
• Preferable has experience in Schools System.
