Job Purpose.
Support commercial and operational teams by managing account setup system configurations supplier distribution and internal requests to ensure smooth execution of sales and client operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage account lifecycle activities including creation updates suspension and reactivation
Execute client and hotel restriction requests in coordination with Commercial Technology and Contracting teams
Support client optimization and supplier distribution setup including enabling or disabling supply sources
Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders (Commercial Contracting Finance) to ensure timely resolution of requests
Prepare and deliver operational reports and performance data to support decision-making
Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with internal processes and system requirements
Key Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience with account management operations or sales support functions.
Fluent in English in both written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail and system/data accuracy
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage priorities
Proficiency in Excel / reporting tools.
