You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.

How you will contribute

You will support elements of the sites quality system including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation internal audits effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management addition you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review handle consumer complaints from start to finish and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.

What you need to know about this position:

the Operational Quality Control activity (hold release retain sample management CoA)

& develop Manufacturing Standard implementation for all across the production line

3. Transfer & develop QM step activity to core team

4. Lead the HACCP & Halal establishment update and implementation

5. Ensure the Quality Policy (as assigned) to be implemented and comply 100%

6. Lead the Quality in Design to ensure project & NPD risk is well addressed and zero negative impact to the Quality performance (Complaint Q loss RFT)

7. Lead the E2E Quality Loss analysis for Q loss reduction

Education / Certifications:

Bachelors degree in any related major with 3-5 years in Quality FMCG background
