QAQC Engineer #SMIPHM

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) or higher in Engineering preferably Petroleum Metallurgy Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas production/exploration activities particularly in QA/QC of materials Tubular OCTG Subsurface Equipment and Surface Equipment.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in QA/QC and inspection methods including NDT/NDE.
• Familiar with international standards such as API ANSI ASME BSI and EN.
• Certification as ISO 9001:2015 Auditor API Q1 or other relevant Quality Management System standards is highly preferred.
• NACE Level II or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Hold ASNT Level II (or equivalent) certifications in Radiographic Testing (RT) Ultrasonic Testing (UT) MPI and DPT.
• Hold a valid Welding Inspector certification.
• Good knowledge of inspection procedures and specifications relevant to QA/QC activities.
• Able and willing to work in field/remote locations.
• Able to pass a Jaeger near-vision test.
• Good command of English both verbal and written.
• Strong professional and good interpersonal skills.
