What youll do

• Order Management: Manage a high volume of simple make-to-order and OEM equipment projects ensuring timely creation of BOMs material planning production support and project documentation.

• Customer Communication: Professionally and proactively communicate project status changes and any issues impacting cost quality or delivery to customers and internal stakeholders.

• Revenue & Invoicing: Actively manage revenue recognition and invoicing expectations reporting potential risks to senior management for timely mitigation.

• Project Coordination: Coordinate delivery and ensure products meet specifications are delivered on time and within budget. Support cross-functional stakeholder collaboration across multiple countries including Australia India and China.

• System Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project status in SAP to reflect real-time progress.

• Onboarding & Development: Engage in a structured 30/60/90-day onboarding process focusing on training self-learning and demonstrating strong attention to detail.

• Travel Requirements: Limited travel expected; primarily office and virtual collaboration within the APAC region.

What youll bring
Must-haves:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 2 years experience in order fulfillment or customer-facing roles.

• Basic logistics knowledge and understanding of commercial practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office and at least 1 year of SAP experience or willingness to learn.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in mining mineral processing manufacturing or logistics industries.

• Exposure to slurry pump sets cyclones or valves.

• Strong communication skills with ability to engage customers and internal teams effectively.

• Ability to work within a matrix team structure and manage multiple stakeholders.
