Manager Business Development
Job Summary
- Ensure RFP processes are managed and adhered to by internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain the Business Development eBook in line with WND strategy.
- Provide technical and commercial insights for WnD opportunities and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate project updates with WnD stakeholders and ensure alignment.
- Deliver analytics and reporting to support daily execution and decision-making.
- Monitor market trends competitors real estate developments and logistics innovations.
- Provide commercial insights to customer and execution teams and monitor SFDC data accuracy.
- Maintain capacity information and supplier updates for stakeholders.
- Support operational viability and complex opportunities as part of the OMEB/Sales process.
- Develop solution sales presentations and business development materials.
- Actively support sales activities to secure new business opportunities and growth.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Logistics Commerce Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in Business Development Contract Logistics Supply Chain Commercial Operations Sales Support or Solution Design.
- Experience supporting tenders proposals customer solutions or commercial projects.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and CRM platforms.
- Experience within Contract Logistics Warehousing Distribution or Supply Chain Management industries.
- Knowledge of logistics operations transportation networks and warehouse solutions.
- Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM systems.
- Understanding of WMS OMS TMS and related logistics technologies.
- Project coordination and stakeholder management experience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Strong Warehouse & Distribution (WnD) knowledge
