Job Summary

To lead and optimize the end-to-end Supply Chain operations spanning procurement Production Planning Inventory Order-to-Cash and Logistics by building a high-performing team ensuring operational excellence and driving continuous improvement in alignment with Clariants APAC SCM strategy and global standards


Responsibilities

  1. Leadership & Team Development: Lead coach and build a high-performance local Supply Chain team across Procurement Planning Inventory and Order-to-Cash aligned with APAC SCM strategy and a strong safety-first culture.
  2. End-to-End Operational Procurement: Oversee sourcing of raw materials packaging and indirect services ensuring compliant PR/PO processing supplier performance management cost forecasting and supply risk mitigation.
  3. Production Planning & Scheduling: Drive executable weekly/monthly production plans by balancing customer demand capacity and material availability while maintaining high SAP data accuracy (MRP BoM APO MPP).
  4. Inventory Optimization: Maintain optimal stock levels across raw materials WIP and finished goods minimizing write-offs aged stock and ensuring SAP accuracy through regular cycle counting and root-cause investigations.
  5. Order-to-Cash (OtC) Oversight: Manage the full OtC cycle from order entry to invoicing ensuring backlog accuracy delivery adherence and achievement of CEOTIF and service level targets.
  6. Logistics & Distribution Management: Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics carrier performance and export/import compliance including DG customs and safety regulations while driving logistics cost optimization.
  7. KPI Monitoring & Performance Accountability: Track and report key supply chain KPIs across all functions conduct root-cause analyses (RCA/QNS) and implement corrective actions to sustain operational excellence.
  8. Process Improvement & Governance: Lead continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean Six Sigma principles ensuring SOPs work instructions and global process standards are consistently implemented and audited.
  9. Digital & Data Quality Initiatives: Champion digital transformation automation and data quality improvement across the supply chain function in alignment with Clariants global standards.
  10. Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration: Act as the key interface between Operations Sales Procurement and the regional APAC SCM team to ensure aligned planning reporting and performance improvement across all supply chain activities.

Requirements

7-10 year of end-to-end supply chain experience across sourcing planning fulfilment and customer delivery proven track record of leading and developing teams is highly desirable Experience in the chemical manufacturing industry is a plus
