Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a prominent producer of PVC hoses in Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Develop and implement talent development and employee capability programs.
• Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment performance management learning & development and employee relations.
• Design and implement competency-based HR practices.
• Lead and continuously improve recruitment and selection processes.
• Support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
• Build an engaging workplace culture that effectively supports a multigenerational workforce.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Psychology Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience working in a manufacturing company is required.
• Strong HR Generalist background with a passion for continuous learning in Human Capital.
• Solid understanding of Competency-Based Training (CBT) and competency frameworks.
• Experienced in recruitment and employee selection methods.
• Strong business partnering communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Youthful mindset with the ability to engage and manage Gen Z employees effectively.
