Communications & Digital Content Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a Communications & Digital Content Intern to join our External Affairs this role you will support the development and execution of internal and external communications initiatives through content creation website management video editing and other digital communication activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the company website including content updates and quality checks.
• Assist in creating and editing multimedia content including videos graphics and simple visual assets for internal and external communications.
• Monitor digital and social media trends and provide ideas to enhance content effectiveness and audience engagement.
• Support communications-related task and project coordination activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Communications Public Relations Journalism Marketing Communications Multimedia Digital Media Graphic Design or a related field.
• Available to commit to a full-time internship for up to 6 months.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Passion for content creation storytelling and digital communications.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
• Basic video shooting and editing skills (e.g. CapCut Adobe Premiere Pro Canva Video or equivalent).
• Familiarity with creating content across various formats including articles videos podcasts and digital platforms.
• Comfortable working with digital content platforms and willing to learn basic website content publishing and page layout management.
• Creative proactive and eager to learn new communication tools and formats.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for organizations communities websites social media podcasts or personal projects.
• Familiarity with website content management platforms (e.g. WordPress) is a plus.
• Portfolio or samples of writing design video or multimedia work are highly preferred.
