Job Summary
Role Summary
The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for driving sales capability leadership development and business readiness initiatives to accelerate productivity and strengthen sales performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Capability Development: Design and deliver learning programs including structured learning journeys training interventions and performance tracking.
- Leadership Enablement: Support sales leaders through coaching performance management and leadership development initiatives that strengthen sales execution excellence.
- Product & Business Readiness: Drive learning deployment for new product launches and strategic initiatives ensuring sales force readiness and effective field execution.
- Compliance & Regulatory Training: Manage mandatory training programs certification requirements and governance-related learning activities in partnership with Compliance and Risk teams.
- Partnership Enablement: Support capability development for bank staff and bancassurance initiatives through targeted training and enablement programs.
Success Measures
- Faster FS productivity and effectiveness.
- Improved sales leader capability and field execution.
- Effective support for business growth product launches and partnership initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Management Education Human Resources Finance Insurance or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning & Development Experience in partnership channel or bancassurance environment is a must. Experience in sales would be a plus.
- Skills & Competencies: Training design framework training delivery and facilitation.
- Understand Stakeholder management.
- Data analysis and performance tracking.
- Presentation and communication skills.
- Leadership coaching fundamentals.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office AI Prompting and digital learning tools.
