To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add an Analyst Client Technologies located in Batam Indonesia.

What a typical day looks like:

• Support network and infrastructure operations including coordination with regional/global teams (Core Switch WLC SDWAN).
• Handle server operations & incident management (e.g. patching alerts root cause analysis).
• Maintain IT governance & documentation (Disaster Recovery server room procedures audit readiness).
• Support and coordinate CapEx / infrastructure projects (network upgrade hardware refresh).
• Provide factory IT support for production systems engineering needs and daily troubleshooting.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT Operations Engineering Vendors).

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 35 years experience in IT infrastructure / operations support
• Strong knowledge in:
  • Network (LAN/WAN SDWAN basic)
  • Server & OS (Windows patching troubleshooting)
  • IT incident & problem management
• Experience in manufacturing / shopfloor environment is preferred
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with global teams
