Accounting Manager

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a prominent producer of PVC hoses in Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting team.
• Oversee cost accounting activities including product costing (HPP/COGS).
• Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with PSAK tax regulations and company policies.
• Manage inventory valuation manufacturing overhead and cost variance analysis.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial planning.
• Drive continuous improvements in accounting processes and internal controls.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience including 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in Cost Accounting within a manufacturing company.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing costing inventory and financial reporting.
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP Oracle or similar).
• Good knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Strong analytical leadership and communication skills.
• CPA/CMA certification is an advantage.
