Job Summary
Job Description:
- Design and build the automations that remove manual work across the business.
- connecting CRM email WhatsApp payments spreadsheets and internal tools into reliable workflows.
- Owns integration mapping error handling and documentation so automations dont silently break.
Core skills:
- Zapier / Make / n8n or similar
- REST APIs and webhooks
- Basic scripting (Python or JavaScript)
- Spreadsheet/database logic.
Nice to have:
- HubSpot or similar CRM admin experience
- WhatsApp Business API
- Low-code app builders
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in workflow automation integrations or business process automation is preferred.
