As a **Workday Integration Developer** you will play a crucial role in maintaining Velloes technical integrity and operational efficiency. Based out of Jaipur you will act as the technical cornerstone for our global Workday platform driving system optimization absolute payroll/data alignment and high-performance engineering operations.
By spearheading enterprise-grade integrations (utilizing both Workday Studio and legacy ERP migration insights) managing strict role-based data security boundaries and overseeing platform governance you will ensure our global workforce ecosystem operates with maximum transaction precision transparency and administrative control.
# What You Will Do
*Technical Integration Engineering:** Own the lifecycle of end-to-end technical integrations. Design build and maintain complex enterprise-scale data transformations using **Workday Studio** as your core tool for complex configurations complemented by outbound/inbound EIBs Document Transformations (DT) Core Connectors (CC) and Cloud Connect Third-Party Payroll.
*Payroll & Middleware Architecture:** Manage payroll interfaces like PECI and PICOF for industry-standard third-party global vendors (e.g. ADP Celergo Ramco Peoplesoft). Deliver custom ETV/XTT functions from custom XSLT XML XPATH and REST-based APIs to execute data formatting seamlessly.
*Reporting & Custom Analytics:** Build configure and maintain advanced operational dashboards tailored financial-HR reports (Simple Advanced Matrix Composite) and complex Calculated Fields (e.g. Extract Single/Multi-Instance Lookup Related Value Evaluate Expressions). Develop custom Business Form Layouts for compensation statements utilizing BIRT within Workday Studio.
*Module Maintenance & BP Configuration:** Configure and optimize Workday HCM business processes across Core HR Payroll Recruiting Benefits and Performance/Talent Management. Add action approval report and review steps as well as condition rules and custom notifications.
*Security & Compliance Governance:** Architect and govern tenant security configurations. Build and manage User-Based Role-Based and Intersection security groups assignable roles domain security policies and secure Integration System User (ISU/ISSG) access controls.
*Support & Deployment Operations:** Manage day-to-day production support tickets troubleshooting critical data or security anomalies using tools like ServiceNow. Perform tenant-to-tenant migration activities manage Change Requests (CR) and execute impact analyses for bi-annual major release cycles.
# What You Will Bring
# 1. Experience & Background
*7 years of total IT experience** featuring **4 years of dedicated hands-on experience as a Workday Integration Developer** within a complex global enterprise HR and 3rd-party payroll ecosystem.
* Prior foundational exposure to legacy ERP or technical HR systems (such as PeopleSoft Technical environments Application Engines or File Layouts) is highly valued for managing complex migration lifecycles.
# 2. Technical & Tool Expertise
*Mandatory Advanced-Level Proficiency:** Workday Studio EIBs Core Connectors Document Transformation and BIRT Layout design.
*Languages & Web Services:** Advanced knowledge of XML XSLT XPATH MVEL and REST/SOAP-based Web Services APIs.
*Reporting Mastery:** Expert-level capability in writing advanced calculated fields and setting up complex multi-data source Matrix/Composite reports.
# 3. Education & Core Abilities
* B.E. / / MCA or equivalent technical degree.
* Strong documentation hygiene with a proven track record of creating end-to-end technical documentation and mapping business processes.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) with the confidence to navigate client operating sessions translate corporate business requirements into future-state designs and collaborate with cross-functional IT delivery squads.

Required Skills:
WHAT YOU WILL BRING REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS YOUR PROFILE Musthave experience & skills 58 years designing BI/analytics experiences including 3 years focused on Power BI with a strong portfolio. Expertise in information design and data storytelling; fluency in Figma (components variants prototyping). Demonstrated ability to create pixelpolished Power BI dashboards (themes bookmarks drillthrough tooltip pages field parameters). Working knowledge of data modeling (star schema) and DAX sufficient to specify or create common measures (time intelligence conditional logic). Strong grasp of accessibility and usability heuristics; able to balance aesthetics with clarity and speed. Clientfacing communicator who can facilitate workshops defend design decisions and align stakeholders. Nice to have Experience with Microsoft Fabric/OneLake Deneb (VegaLite) or custom visuals and mobileoptimized layouts. Familiarity with performance tooling (Performance Analyzer DAX Studio) and metadata hygiene (Tabular Editor). Background in enterprise branding and creation of reusable pbit templates/design systems for analytics.
