Required Skills:
Monitor Workday Finance integrations and identify errors failures and performance issues. Investigate integration issues determine root causes and implement resolutions. Provide recommendations to improve integration stability controls and performance. Coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve defects. Support testing for new integrations enhancements and system changes. Maintain integration documentation issue logs and operational procedures. Communicate status risks and recommended actions to stakeholders. Required Experience: Demonstrated experience supporting Workday Finance & integrations. Experience with monitoring issue resolution and troubleshooting. Experience supporting integration testing and deployment activities. Strong analytical documentation communication and stakeholder-management skills.
