Job Summary
- Design support
- Perform 3D modelling and drafting in UG/NX
- Prepare bill of materials in SAP
- Perform design calculations and tolerance analysis
- Process data through team center
Required skills:
- Very Good CAD Skill using Team center / UG Nx
- Experience in Plastic part design / Sheet metal design and drawing creation
- Injection Molding process knowledge
- Interpreting mold flow simulation results
- Knowledge in Automotive systems added advantage
- Knowledge on GD&T and Tolerance stack-up
- Good knowledge in designing fixtures mounting brackets
- Basic work experience in handling data through SAP modules
- Ability to interact with Cross functional teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills analytical thinking & Self motivated
