Job Summary
Conduct initial assessments to understand client wellness needs and aspirations. Develop personalized wellness plans encompassing nutrition fitness stress management and lifestyle modifications. Provide ongoing coaching motivation and support to clients through individual and group sessions. Educate clients on various wellness topics promoting informed decision-making and self-efficacy. Monitor client progress adjust plans as necessary and celebrate achievements to foster continued engagement.
Requirements
Strong understanding of fundamental wellness principles including healthy eating physical activity and stress reduction techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to empathize and build rapport. Proven ability to motivate and inspire individuals towards positive behavioral changes. Proficient in using basic office software and comfortable with data entry for client tracking.
Qualifications
Internship or volunteer experience in a health coaching fitness or wellness-related setting.
Familiarity with local health and wellness resources in Bangalore
. Basic knowledge of motivational interviewing techniques.
Fluency in English and local languages (e.g. Kannada Hindi) is advantageous.
