We are looking for a skilled and experiencedBackend Developerto join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing building and maintaining efficient scalable and secure server-side applications. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers product managers and other stakeholders to develop high-quality software that powers our platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain backend servicesand APIs to support web and mobile applications.
2. Design and optimize databases(both relational and NoSQL) to handle high-traffic systems and ensure data integrity.
3. Build and integrate withRESTful and/or GraphQL APIsto serve both internal and external clients.
4. Collaborate with thefrontend teamto integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
5. Write clean maintainable and scalable code following industrybest practicesand design patterns.
6. Optimize performanceof the backend systems to ensure fast and reliable responses.
7. Implementsecurity best practicesto safeguard data and maintain the integrity of systems.
8. Manage infrastructure usingcloud services(e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and containerization tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
9. ImplementCI/CD pipelinesto automate testing deployment and monitoring processes.
10. Monitor and troubleshootserver performance errors and bugs to ensure the smooth running of applications.
11. Participate incode reviewsto maintain high code quality and share knowledge with team members.
12. Documenttechnical solutions systems architecture and deployment processes.
13. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve backend systems.

Required Qualifications

1. Proficiency in backend programming languagessuch as Java Python Ruby Go PHP with experience in relevant frameworks like Spring Boot Django Flask Ruby on Rails Laravel.
2. Strong understanding ofdatabase management systems both SQL (e.g.MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle) and NoSQL (e.g.MongoDB Redis).
3. Experience withRESTful APIs GraphQL and integrating third-party services.
4. Familiarity withcloud platforms(AWS Azure Google Cloud) andcontainerizationtechnologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
5. Solid understanding ofsecurity best practices including encryption authentication and authorization methods (e.g.OAuth JWT).
6. Hands-on experience withversion controltools likeGitand familiarity withAgile methodologies.
7. Experience withCI/CD pipelines automated testing and deployment processes.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize systems for performance and scalability.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience and Education

1. Minimum 4 Years of Experience required
2. Bachelors Degreein Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
3. Advanced certifications in backend technologies or cloud platforms are a plus.
