This is a pivotal role for an innovative leader to shape the design direction for our physical and digital displays ensuring global brand consistency while driving sales growth through compelling visual experiences.
Responsibilities:
Store VM & Layout: Develop and refine store layouts floor plans and product adjacencies to optimize customer flow enhance product visibility and maximize sales and profitability.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Define and implement the overarching visual merchandising strategy aligned with brand guidelines seasonal themes and business objectives across all Indian stores.
Budget Management: Oversee the visual merchandising budget manage vendor relationships for props fixtures and production and ensure cost-effective execution of all initiatives.
Team Training: Lead mentor and develop a team of regional and in-store visual merchandisers fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. Conduct training programs for store staff on VM best practices and standards.
VM Audits: Conduct regular extensive store visits and audits across India to assess VM execution ensure compliance with established guidelines and provide constructive actionable feedback to store teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with marketing sales product development and store operations teams to ensure cohesive brand presentations and integrated campaign execution across all channels.
Trend Analysis & Innovation: Monitor market trends competitor activities and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities and infuse innovative locally relevant visual ideas into the stores while maintaining global brand identity along with national touch points in place.
Performance Analysis: Analyse sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of visual displays and make data-driven adjustments to merchandising strategies.
