Were looking for a content-first Video Editor who understands not just how to edit but what makes people watch your reel/video. If you can turn raw footage into engaging scroll-stopping content across platforms this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-impact Reels Shorts Interviews Podcasts & Event videos
- Craft strong hooks pacing and storytelling to improve audience retention
- Optimize content for Instagram YouTube & LinkedIn formats
- Add motion graphics sound design subtitles & colour correction
- Use AI tools (auto-subtitles speed edits enhancements) to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with editors & marketing teams to deliver fast high-quality output

Requirements
What Were Looking For
- 24 years of experience in video editing for digital platforms
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Understanding of short-form content trends and viral formats
- Good sense of storytelling pacing & audience engagement
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
Bonus Skills
- Experience with media houses / digital agencies
- Knowledge of AI tools (Captions Runway etc.)
