What awaits you/ Job Profile

• Responsible for geometric integration of all country-specific charging interface variants into vehicle architectures such as GEN6WE NCAR XNF and CLAR-FX.
• Perform collision analysis in the charging interface area and identify packaging conflicts at vehicle level.
• Conduct package studies overlay packaging and package optimization for multiple variants and architectures.
• Contribute to the definition and alignment of interfaces with adjacent components in the vehicle environment.
• Support international suppliers by clarifying packaging situations and resolving geometric integration topics.
• Align geometric requirements with suppliers internal engineering teams and interface partners.
• Coordinate technical measures based on findings from validation vehicle assembly and plant feedback.
• Lead technical discussions and package meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Anticipate package-related risks both inside and outside high-voltage component areas and drive preventive actions.

What should you bring along

• BE/ in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in automotive packaging vehicle integration or high-voltage component development.
• Strong experience in whole vehicle packaging body structure environment and component integration.
• Ability to work independently in a senior technical role and lead discussions with multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of mounting processes and assembly constraints in automotive plants.
• Experience working with international suppliers and cross-functional global teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify anticipate and resolve packaging issues.
• Professional and mature behaviour with confidence to lead supplier/package review meetings.

Must have technical skill

• Safe and confident handling of CATIA for vehicle packaging and geometric integration activities.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter structures and whole car body structure environment.
• Hands-on experience in charging interface packaging or similar vehicle integration areas.
• Good knowledge of high-voltage component development and integration requirements.
• Experience in handling multiple packaging variants and overlay packaging across different architectures.
• Ability to perform collision analysis package studies and package optimization.
• Understanding of vehicle-level interface management with adjacent parts and systems.
• Knowledge of automotive plant mounting and assembly processes.
• Ability to evaluate package feasibility from design validation and manufacturing perspectives.
• Strong capability to coordinate technical measures with suppliers internal teams and plant stakeholders

Good to have technical skills

• Experience with electric vehicle architecture and charging system integration.
• Knowledge of country-specific charging interface requirements and variant management.
• Familiarity with validation processes and vehicle build/assembly feedback loops.
• Experience in supplier development or supplier technical coordination.
• Understanding of high-voltage safety considerations in vehicle packaging.
• Knowledge of automotive product development processes and milestone-driven delivery.
