About the Role

We are looking for candidates to join our Virtual CFO (VCFO) Services team which works with multiple companies across industries.

The role is suited for professionals who enjoy problem-solving financial analysis MIS financial reporting and working on different assignments for different clients rather than performing repetitive month-on-month finance activities for a single organisation.

Our team works with clients on robust MIS financial statements financial reporting audit coordination and various special financial/consulting assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of robust and management-oriented MIS reports.
• Preparation/review of financial statements and financial reporting.
• Analysis of financial performance profitability working capital and key business metrics.
• Supporting clients in improving financial reporting and management information systems.
• Coordination with statutory auditors and assisting clients in getting audits completed.
• Understanding client businesses and translating financial information into meaningful management insights.
• Preparation of various financial databases schedules reports and special-purpose documents.
• Working on special assignments/projects for multiple clients.
• Supporting senior team members in client meetings and presentations.
• Handling multiple clients/assignments and managing timelines simultaneously.
• Identifying inconsistencies gaps and unusual trends in financial information.
• Developing an understanding of different business models and industries through client exposure.

Ideal Candidate - Manager / Assistant Manager

Candidates with approximately 4-6 years of experience may be considered particularly those having a combination of:

Preferred backgrounds:

1. Virtual CFO / CFO advisory / Consulting firm
2. CA / Professional Services firm
3. Statutory Audit experience followed by Consulting/Advisory experience
4. Corporate finance/accounts role involving MIS and financial reporting
5. Statutory audit experience

Candidates with experience in statutory audit for 2-3 years followed by 2-3 years in consulting/advisory would be particularly relevant.

Ideal Candidate - Fresher

For freshers preference would be given to CA/CA Inter candidates with strong exposure to:

• Statutory audit
• Financial statement preparation
• MIS
• Virtual CFO/CFO services
• Accounting and financial analysis
• Client-facing assignments

The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical ability and an interest in understanding businesses rather than merely performing routine accounting work.

Candidates from Corporate Finance / Accounts Background

Candidates who have spent approximately 3-5 years in a company handling:

• MIS
• Financial statements
• Management reporting
• Financial analysis
• Accounts/finance functions
