We are hiring Machine Operators Machine Operator Assistants Casting Anodizing Furnace Operators and Production Associates for a leading aluminium manufacturing plant. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are looking to build a career in the manufacturing industry. Candidates will be responsible for operating machines assisting in production activities maintaining quality standards and following all safety procedures while working in a rotational shift environment.

• Operate and assist in machine production activities.
  
• Perform assigned manufacturing processes such as Machine Operation Casting Anodizing or Furnace operations.
  
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  
• Maintain production quality and achieve daily production targets.
  
• Inspect products and report any machine faults or quality issues.
  
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
  
• Work effectively with the production team to ensure smooth operations.
  

• Hazardous Roles (Casting/Anodizing/Furnace): 24500 CTC/month Approx. 15800 In-Hand*
  
• Non-Hazardous Roles (Machine Operator/Assistant): 23500 CTC/month Approx. 14800 In-Hand*
  

*In-hand salary is after applicable deductions (PF ESIC accommodation food and transport).

Shift & Working Hours:

• 12-Hour Rotational Shifts
  
• 6 Days Working
  
• 1 Rotational Weekly Off
  
• 400 Monthly Attendance Bonus
