Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Transition Manager to lead and execute large-scale Finance & Accounting (F&A) transitions into our Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This is a critical role that will oversee multi-channel migration initiatives—including transitions from Headquarters Regional Offices other GBS locations and third-party outsourcing partners—and ensure seamless integration into the GBS platform. He/ She will utilize proven program management methodologies and frameworks to manage the end-to-end transition lifecycle ensuring business continuity and operational excellence.
